This amazing space perched high atop the garage, gives you breathtaking 5-10 mile views of Gitche Gumme, the Dakota Indian word for Lake Superior! Fire Table & Comfy Chairs add ambiance! Contemporary design w/ main floor Living room, Dining room, Kitchen and Sunroom all facing the Lake. 2nd level has 3 bdrms with Lake views & 3/4 bath. Master bdrm has a full bath & a Sitting/Coffee room that overlooks the Lake. Lower level has a large bdrm that sleeps 6, with a 3/4 bath & shower. Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. (Our Duluth License does NOT allow parties, large gatherings or Weddings at this property! Only Guests staying overnight are allowed on the property. Numerous Restaurants 2 blocks away are excellent gathering spots for larger groups.)
